Known as the longest- running independent jewellery store in Kingston, Frontenac Jewellers has blossomed under the ownership of George Dafnas, who began as an eager young watch technician with a dream to become an entrepreneur.  After decades of superior service, Natasa and Peter Dafnas now run the business,  growing up working in the store, this brother and sister duo have a finely tuned eye for details and passion for jewellery.

History of the Frontenac Jewellers Name


Picked it’s name for the great history that Kingston has. Louis de Buade de Frontenac, was a governor of New France established Fort Cataraqui, later called Fort Frontenac (Old Fort Henry).
